DIY Front Porch Christmas Decorations On A Dime

It’s the first week of December and just like our easy fall front porch decorations,  if you haven’t decorated here is easy and best of all low-cost way to have a beautiful front porch. If you have two decorative garden urns or planters on both sides of your door then for about $25 from mostly the dollar tree you can create these great Christmas trees that look like something that looks like you spent $200.

What You Will Need:Start with cheap plant support that you may have or can buy for around $2 at a garden center or hardware store.

Next, you just need a trip to a dollar store like Dollar Tree, of course, you can spend more or even use items you may already have. 5 Garlands for Each Tree if they are around 12ft – 15 ft less if you have longer strands of garland.

Foliage these examples are from the Dollar Tree if you are lucky enough to find them.

Then just grab some ribbon or a spoil of this sparkle tulle from the dollar tree.

Now all you have to do is take your garland and wrap it around the plant

It is probably a good idea to secure the garland with hot glue, string, or wire to start. Once you are finished place it onto your urns or planters. Again it’s a good idea to secure it from the wind.

Wrap your ribbon or tulle around and you have beautiful christmas trees on your front porch.
